(1) A person who wants to use the service from a project developed and operated by the Government of Nepal or developed and transferred to the consumer by the Government of Nepal shall submit an application to the relevant project office. Or if it is not possible, the service should be provided after examining the technical and other necessary issues. If the service cannot be provided, the applicant should be notified accordingly.
